Are cheaters winners? Congratulations Ghana‎

What does the world cup and world wrestling federation have in common? Absolutely nothing yet today’s match up between the USA and Ghana lacked any consideration for rules and sportsmanship.

When did sportsmanship and honesty disappear from every level of all professional sports? Today’s game was full of pulling, tackling, theatrics, and lack of officials calling penalties when penalties were committed. Every time the US had to opportunity to score Ghana would play without any consideration of the rules. Sure, if the US were a weaker team and the game was played fairly then congratulations would be in order for Ghana. But it just seems like professional sports have no more consideration for the rules and perhaps we have Barry Bonds and others to thank.

On a deeper level, what are we teaching our children? Then again, we are living in a world where the youth are glorified versus the old, children are entitled because parents don’t want to say no, and when you turn on the television the majority of things we promoted to our children would make our founding fathers turn in their graves.

Perhaps America is no longer a Christian nation as it’s people are living lives as if there isn’t a God so perhaps the USA losing today is a reflection of how the United States does not have any consideration for the rules around the world as it continues to walk on the backs of other nations, especially down in Africa. So perhaps Ghana deserved to win if we were to take into consideration what goes around comes around as a Ghana win on a spiritual level is perhaps a message to the world that the United States will continue to lose as long as it continues to break all the rules themselves.

What can you do? How about creating a blog, writing your thoughts, joining me at DemocracyMarch.org , and perhaps let our voice be heard beyond cheering for our local team as we join behind a cause that says we will play by the rules as we instill rules into our own individual lives.  But then again, your life may be way too comfortable and all this doesn’t make any sense.

If not now, then when?
