(With the Dept of Corps Florida). A major US THINK TANK INSTITUTE EMPLOYING 25,000 people cited this area of research 3rd in the top 10 technologies of the coming decade 10 years ago but today WE ARE PROBABLY #1 OR #2. What area of research am i talking about ? and can someone give me an aceptable definition of the STOCK MARKET.
