Dow did cross 13,000 but did not finish

The great news concerning Greece over the President's Day holiday provided a boost at the beginning of Tuesday's trading session.
However, it did not last. The Dow finished up over 15 points, well short of the 13,000 plateau.
Could have been worse, right? See what happens the rest of this shortened week.
