I worked as a financial planner and stock broker for several years before moving onto a commodities broker. It has been one of the best decisions in my life. I am currently building my book of business by moving old clients over and networking to bring on new clients. I work mainly on a referral basis.
I have one broker working under me and looking to bring on a few more good people.
I also am involved in a national foreclosure pool as an institutional buyer. I am the fund raiser for the Mid- Atlantic region.
I have recently been published in a local magazine and on my companies website (waiting for NFA approval to go live). I use FB as a business networking tool and have a page called "Beyond the Money" Check it out. Very informative.
