I am a passionate entrepreneur who loves to help build, fund and add value to high growth business opportunities. I have raised significant amounts of capital to further the business plans of company's I either founded or was the Investment Banker for.
I bring many unique skill sets and a strong rolodex to the table having over 2 decades of experience and many deals under my belt from Wall Street to Madison Ave.
For many years, I worked at several of the largest Investment Banking firms in the world, having been formerly associated with Dean Witter and Smith Barney (both known today as Morgan Stanley)
We seek select Investment/Merchant Banking opportunities and are opportunistic in nature. We will consider any industry sector, however, we prefer companies in the digital media/marketing, financial services and healthcare sectors.
We also consult on bringing Company's public via reverse mergers or full S-1 filings as well as M&A advice.
