I'm mostly a futures and currency trader, however I also trade options and some equities. I would describe myself as intelligent, down to earth, easy going, open minded, great sense of humor, affectionate and loyal. I try to look for the best in people, even when it's hard to find. I'm an animal lover, especially dogs (bigger dogs more than small dogs, but I like all dogs). I have a CPA background but have a diverse background when it comes to the financial markets. Over the last 15 years, I have been the controller at a major hedge fund, was the CFO at a large equity prop firm in NYC and have also owned my own broker-dealer which catered to active traders including both retail and institutional. I am currently trying to get a hedge fund started in the next 6 months or so. Currently I'm trading while trying to get the business up.
I enjoy traveling, dining out, sports, music, going to the movies, staying home watching a movie with a bottle of wine and good company, anything outdoors (beach, golf, tennis, etc), cooking, shooting pool, playing poker (who doesn't these days, lol), dancing, reading and pretty much anything that's fun.
I look forward to getting to know some like minded people to share ideas with and maybe become friends with.
