It's not "you'll put it off until you can give it complete focus 100% all at once so you can make big progress". It's "you'll start now and do a little bit each day, learn a bit each day, apply what you learned a bit each day, and the CUMULATIVE effect will result in big progress". The first sentence is seductive and seems to make logical sense. The latter is what really works in the real world. - Brian Kim
